Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing DivyaEra. We want to ensure a rewarding experience while you discover, assess, and purchase our educational products.

1. Digital Online Courses (e.g., JEE Live Classes)
   We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for our online courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase. After 3 days, no refunds will be issued.
2. Physical Products (e.g., Handbooks)
   Orders for physical books can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, books cannot be cancelled. Returns are only accepted if the book delivered is physically damaged upon arrival. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
3. Process for Refunds
